Space Acoustics provides specialised thermal analysis as thermal lead for space instruments in ESA projects SMILE SXI X-Ray Telescope and VenSpec-H spectrometer bench using ESATAN modelling.

Since 2017 SA developed the thermal control for the cryogenic cooling of the SXI instrument, validated by thermal balance tests at Airbus and ESTEC.
